Saoirse – (pronounced SER-sha) is a Gaelic word that means “freedom”. When I started consulting, I wanted something that reflected a spirit of entrepreneurship. I also wanted to pay tribute to my Irish heritage. Freedom accurately describes the work I do. Through our work together it is my hope to provide my clients with the tools they need to continue growing and thriving, to devise strategies that create autonomy and become precisely the organization they want to be. With a client list that includes creative movers, thinkers and doers, I felt an unconventional name was befitting. Don’t feel bad if you have trouble pronouncing it, or remembering how to spell it. I’m happy to help and auto-correct will take care of the rest.
